Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in systems administration and Red Hat 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and Windows (required)

  • Operating Systems: Linux (Red Hat), Windows 
  • Containerization: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation practices

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat systems and associated infrastructure
  • Support system upgrades, patching schedules, and ongoing maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, system hardening practices, and company policies
  • Monitor system performance and availability using logging and monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues across Linux, Windows, and web environments
  • Administer and support containerized environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployment and system integration efforts
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
