As part of the Brand Strategy team at Lippincott, you will play an integral role in solving complex brand challenges for ambitious companies, partnering with teams across the firm to create and bring solutions to life through strategy, experience, marketing, and design. You will apply analytical and creative thinking in everything you do to tackle transformative initiatives for clients. Get ready to consult globally across industries on a range of branding challenges, including brand positioning, messaging, brand architecture, naming, and marketing and customer strategy.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for clear and rigorous evaluations of client situations that inform compelling strategic solutions. You will be viewed as an authority on research findings and implications, with the team looking to you for create hypotheses and recommendationsvarying from breakthrough big brand ideas to elegant architecture models and more. You will also lead as a people and work plan manager, driving the team's content creation. You'll often own individual work-streams of the project and be the bridge shaping input from adjacent practice areas (e.g., design, experience) to help solve the core strategic branding problem.

The applicable base pay for this role is $115,000 - $150,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
