A prominent company specializing in turn-key liquid and dry solid compounding, toll manufacturing, and private label packaging services within the chemical industry is looking for a Liquid Blender (2nd shift) responsible for the operation of liquid blending equipment and toll manufacturing of liquid products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices within a warehouse environment. Working with autonomy, the new team member will ensure operational excellence by efficiently executing processes while upholding the utmost safety and quality standards.

Location: Rosenburg TX, 77471 Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
1st shift - M-F 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (OT)
2nd shift M-F 3:30 AM - Midnight (OT)
Responsibilities:
Operate Liquid Blending equipment.
Follow specific instructions and recipes for combining of materials to produce various products.
Monitor blending process to ensure the product conforms to exact specifications and report any quality issues, variances, or deviations from the required product.
Operate forklifts as well as smaller motorized and manual hand trucks.
Store and retrieve materials located within the warehouse.
Maintain work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Manage sampling of materials/product and communication with lab personnel for approval/denial of products.
Perform additional duties as necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred
2+ years in a manufacturing environment or warehouse facility
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis
Able to work on feet for extended period
Ability to follow direction
Must have experience operating forklift, motorized and hand trucks
Ability to work 7:00 AM 4:00 PM with occasional overtime
