Job Title: Liquid Bottling Line Support – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Florence, KY 41042

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM; $16.50/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90-day probation period)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure they meet established quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities for Production Associates

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery to keep production running smoothly.
• Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to detect defects or inconsistencies.
• Accurately package, label, and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Production Associates

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and reading).
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Must provide and wear steel-toe shoes (leather, rubber, or plastic; mesh not permitted)
