The Liquor Associate is an entry-level position reporting to the Liquor Assistant Manager and Liquor Manager.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and thanking customers.
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the department to ensure product quality and appealing displays.
- Monitor pricing and signage for accuracy and report issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the sales floor and in the cooler.
- Follow company policies, including dress code and safety guidelines.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs, standing, moving, and handling materials, with dexterity and attention to safety in sometimes slippery environments.
