About the Role:

As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager, you will manage a team responsible for performing daily lab solutions at one of our largest pharmaceutical client sites, ensuring that services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.

This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function, responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of sta?. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train sta?.
  • Set and track sta? and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Ensure all programs and procedures of the sta? are being properly performed.
  • Support the development and administration of the department budget. Review all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and additional contract requirements and submit for approval.
  • Review and update LIS and LTS equipment, maintenance, and calibration procedures.
  • Track, evaluate, and report performance on quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contractor specifications problems, performance, and administration.
  • Conduct ?nancial analysis including the preparation of reports.
  • Order and track inventory of spare parts and consumables.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain di?cult or sensitive information.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in the areas of sta?ng, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
