We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Listing Agent ready to pick up the phone and turn leads into signed agreements. Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and follow up with listing leads through consistent daily outbound calls
- Convert prospecting conversations into listing appointments
- Conduct listing presentations with confidence and professionalism
- Accurately price properties using comparative market analysis (CMA)
- Manage active listings from contract to close, coordinating with clients, buyers, and vendors
- Maintain detailed records of lead activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress within the team CRM
- Collaborate with Team Leader and support staff to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Real Estate License (required)
- Experience with a CRM platform for lead tracking and pipeline management (Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, or similar)
- Proficiency with the MLS (SWMLS/Realtor Association of New Mexico) for listing input, CMA preparation, and market research
- Familiarity with transaction management platforms such as Dotloop or Skyslope
- Strong phone skills and comfort with structured outbound calling and scripted prospecting
- Working knowledge of listing contracts, disclosure documents, and New Mexico-specific real estate forms
- Prior experience in a team environment or listing-focused role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
