Responsibilities

  • Represent sellers in the marketing and sale of residential properties in the Washington D.C. area.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine competitive listing prices.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including online listings, open houses, and networking.
  • Coordinate property showings and communicate effectively with potential buyers and their agents.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal terms for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Washington D.C.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a listing agent or in a similar real estate sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully listing and selling residential properties
  • Strong knowledge of the Washington D.C. real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
