Responsibilities
- Convert leads generated by the team into confirmed listing appointments.
- Apply proven techniques to secure meetings with expired listings and FSBO sellers.
- Counsel sellers on how our team’s services can maximize their home’s market potential.
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program with success.
- Participate actively in team meetings and adhere to established team protocols.
- Commit weekly time to personalized coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, home staging, and essential listing services.
- Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for sellers.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.

- Expertise in lead generation and prospecting activities

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales
