Summary

The Binkley Group is seeking a motivated, full-time Listing Agent to join our growing team.

This is not a cold-calling position. You'll receive hands-on training, proven listing presentation systems, and pre-set listing appointments from our inside sales team to help you build your business faster.

Responsibilities

• Attend and convert pre-set listing appointments provided by the team

• Conduct listing presentations and secure signed listing agreements

• Advise homeowners on pricing, staging, marketing, and property preparation

• Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the listing process

• Coordinate with photographers, transaction coordinators, and support staff to ensure a smooth client experience

• Follow up with prospective sellers and nurture leads provided by the team

• Host open houses and broker open events when needed

• Negotiate offers and guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing

• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and accountability meetings

• Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM

• Continuously develop sales, negotiation, and listing conversion skills through team training
