Listing Coordinator

Summary

Dauby Real Estate, an independent brokerage serving Southwest Indiana, is hiring a Listing Coordinator to be the reliable hub that keeps our listings — and our office — running smoothly. This role is the operational backbone behind every listing that goes live, coordinating photography sessions with our third-party photographers, managing signs and lockboxes, keeping keys organized, and being the first friendly face people see when they walk into or call our office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings
• Coordinate listing logistics: photo scheduling, sign installation, keys, and other listing launch tasks
• Communicate proactively with agents, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Prepare and upload listing information, photos, and documents to MLS and other marketing platforms
• Assist in marketing efforts by creating flyers, social media posts, and other promotional materials
• Support the team with day-to-day office tasks as they come up

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of listings simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable juggling several moving pieces without dropping the ball
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
• No prior real estate experience needed - we will teach you the industry!
