Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with an established, top-producing agent to serve seller clients throughout the entire real estate journey.
• Convert warm, qualified seller opportunities into successful transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Prospect and generate new business to expand your personal pipeline and sphere of influence.
• Coordinate listing preparation, timelines, and client communication to ensure a seamless selling experience.
• Provide expert market knowledge and strategic advice to help clients make confident selling decisions.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and database management.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team—including marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative professionals—so you can focus on selling real estate.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture committed to delivering exceptional results.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HI Real Estate license Needed
• Strong sense of service first and finding resolutions under pressure
• High sense of urgency - efficient and effective

• Proactive and Self-Starter
• Quick to adapt to people, environments, and changing markets

• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where we focus on building activities that directly affect the bottom line.
• Service-based attitude. A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and create a WOW experience for clients.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and evenings as needed to support the team.
