  • Perform accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to guide sellers on pricing strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with sellers, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers, utilizing our systems and administrative support.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully listing and selling properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Expertise in conducting and presenting CMAs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Active real estate license required.
