Literacy Tutor - Middle School

South Woods Middle School

Available for the 2026-2027 school year

The Syosset Central School District has a vacancy for a Literacy Tutor to support the instructional program at South Woods Middle School. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• New York State Teaching Certification in Literacy required

• Dual NYS Teaching Certification preferred

• Expertise in differentiation of instruction to support the success of all students

• Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
