Seeking an experienced Litigation Administrative Assistant to support a National Civil Litigation Team in West Palm Beach.

Provide administrative support for fast-paced litigation, including drafting, proofreading, and managing legal documents and electronic filings in Florida courts via systems like Florida ePortal and CM/ECF.

Coordinate case activities such as court notices, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, while maintaining organized files and supporting discovery and docketing tasks.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, courts, and internal teams, manage attorney calendars, and handle administrative functions like billing, time entry, and matter management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supporting civil litigation, proficiency in court filings, document management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is an in-office role requiring attention to detail, multitasking, and professionalism.
