Benefits: Holidays and Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401(k) Bonus opportunities Work Location: In Person Schedule: M-F Job Type: Full-time, hourly Salary: Beginning at $45,000 Background checks: Required Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: • Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents • E-file all court documents in state and federal courts • Communicate with clients, court, counsel, and others • Prepare trial binders and exhibits • Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics) • Schedule, coordinate, calendar, and confirm court dates, appointments, and meetings • Open new litigation files • Schedule phone calls and medical appointments for clients • Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices • Gather relevant information from a variety of sources • Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties • Monitor and ensure that we receive all requested documents in a timely manner • Prepare deposition and trial notebooks, including medical records notebooks • Manage all medical bill reductions from providers • Assist with all post-settlement requirements, including but not limited to preparing closing statements, obtaining final balances, and lien updates, for all litigation cases • Document all communications in case management system Job-Related Skills and Abilities: • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications: Education/Training/Experience:Required: 2 years of litigation experience 2 years of experience in Personal Injury or other injury related practice areas Strong drafting and writing skills Familiarity with legal specifics related to the firms' areas of law Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures, practices Experience with E-Filing Portal Proficient in technology & software, including databases Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: 2+ years of litigation experience 2+ years experience in Personal Injury or other injury related practice areas Experience with Filevine and LeadDocket Compensation: $45,000 yearly

Compensation:
$45,000 per year
