Litigation - Junior to Mid-Level Associate | $130,000 - $200,000 DOE | Hybrid

A growing civil litigation firm in Carlsbad is seeking an outstanding, California licensed, junior to mid-level lateral candidate (3+ years of experience) with civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice, and an interest in working on matters involving real estate, construction, common interest developments (HOA), and business disputes. Candidates seeking re-location are welcome to apply. The salary range for this Carlsbad position is $130,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors.

You will have hands-on experience managing cases from inception through resolution, working closely with experienced partners while maintaining meaningful client interaction and increasing levels of responsibility.
