    Frost Law is a growing, full-service law firm based in Annapolis, Maryland , with more than 30+ attorneys serving clients across the region. We provide sophisticated legal counsel in areas including tax, business, estates, bankruptcy, litigation, personal injury and more. Our litigation team handles a diverse caseload ranging from personal injury matters to complex commercial disputes. We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation practice, with experience managing cases from inception through resolution. While a significant portion of the caseload will involve personal injury matters, the associate will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation cases. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, client interaction, and courtroom exposure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including personal injury, business disputes, contract claims, employment issues, and real estate litigation.Handle cases from intake through settlement, trial, or appeal.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.Take and defend depositions, including parties, experts, and key fact witnesses.Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial proceedings.Provide strategic recommendations and clear legal analysis to clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.3–5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side personal injury experience a plus).Active membership in the Maryland Bar (DC or Virginia admission a plus).Strong written and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Commitment to professionalism, client service, and advocacy.What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for trial experience and professional development.Supportive, team-oriented work environment with experienced mentors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
