What You'll Do
Defend high-value general liability matters, including:
Motor vehicle accidents
Premises liability
Other tort claims involving bodily injury
Handle professional liability defense, including:
Legal malpractice
Broker and agent malpractice
Miscellaneous professional liability claims
Represent insured individuals, corporations, and self-insured entities
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including:
Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Taking and defending depositions
Appearing in court and arguing motions
Participating in trials and appeals
What Were Looking For
2–6 years of litigation experience
Bodily injury or civil litigation experience preferred (not required)
Criminal law litigators transitioning to civil litigation are welcome
