We are partnering with a well-established full-service law firm in the St. Louis market seeking to add a Senior Litigation Attorney to its Litigation Department. This team handles sophisticated matters across business litigation, complex commercial disputes, general civil litigation, real estate litigation, condemnation, and trusts & estates litigation.

The group is known for delivering practical legal solutions to businesses, financial institutions, real estate stakeholders, and private clients across a wide range of high-stakes disputes. Attorneys in this practice work closely with clients from the earliest stages of risk assessment through trial and appeal.

Job Details

Our client is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience to join its Litigation Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:

Business litigation
Complex commercial litigation
Real estate litigation
General civil litigation
Condemnation
Trusts and estates litigation

This attorney will independently manage multiple active matters, handle all aspects of litigation strategy, draft sophisticated motions and pleadings, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, prepare for hearings and trial, and provide practical day-to-day legal counseling to clients.

Candidates should possess:

6+ years of litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing and drafting ability
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities
Practical, business-minded client counseling skills
Desire to accept responsibility and grow within a collaborative team

Missouri bar admission required. Illinois admission is a plus.
