Litigation Associate Attorney, Fort Lauderdale, FL

A leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join the Defense Litigation practice group in its Ft. Lauderdale office, with hybrid work arrangements available and the ability to work primarily remotely within the state of Florida. Ideal candidates will have experience with general liability defense, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters. Candidates should also have strong written communication skills with experience drafting complex opinions and motions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice with opportunity for advancement. The attorney in this position will represent Fortune 500 companies, handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial for complex cases involving catastrophic injury. Opportunity for selective travel on cases is also available. Florida bar admission is required.
