    Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Hartford, CT. The role involves representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act qui tam litigation in federal and state courts, as well as agency whistleblower submissions to the SEC, CFTC, and other agencies. Additional responsibilities may include litigation involving securities, financial fraud, antitrust violations, and consumer protection.Duties Represent whistleblowers in complex litigation cases.Manage all aspects of litigation dockets independently.Draft pleadings and conduct investigations.Handle discovery and depositions.Requirements 5-8 years of complex litigation experience.Experience in government litigation or plaintiff-side whistleblower cases preferred.Strong legal writing skills.Active state license in good standing in NY or CT.Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications Active state bar license in NY or CT.Skills Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.Ability to manage complex litigation independently.Benefits Potential for a year-end discretionary bonus based on performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
