Our client is a well-established Texas litigation firm with a long history representing businesses, insurers, and organizations in complex civil litigation matters. The firm handles a broad mix of insurance defense, personal injury defense, product liability, transportation claims, and commercial litigation, and is known for giving associates meaningful responsibility and real courtroom exposure early in their careers.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Handle litigation matters from initial discovery through resolution
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Manage discovery and motion practice
  • Work with experts and prepare a case strategy
  • Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
  • Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
  • Maintain a proactive case management approach

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor and active Texas bar license
  • Strong civil litigation experience required
  • Deposition experience preferred
  • Experience with motion practice and discovery
  • Insurance defense experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to independently manage cases
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
