Responsibilities: drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, court appearances, depositions, mediations, client communication, managing caseloads, and collaborating on complex cases.
Requirements: J.D. from an accredited school, active California Bar license, strong academic and writing skills, excellent communication, analytical abilities, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
