Pay: $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Nashville, Tennessee — this is a fully on-site role in a dynamic, fast-growing legal market with direct collaboration alongside experienced attorneys.NoteCandidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and have at least 2 years of litigation experience.

Job Description

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials
• Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidance
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters
• Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
• Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus
