Litigation Associate Attorney
This position is located in downtown Portland and is onsite work.
Our Client is seeking a lateral litigation attorney to join their Litigation team. We are looking for experienced business litigation attorneys with a portable book of business who are eager to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our firm!

What you’ll need/Requirements:
3-5 years of litigation experience and demonstrated expertise in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and navigating complex litigation matters.
Have exceptional written and oral advocacy abilities, with a proven track record in court. (Writing samples will be required).
Admission to the Oregon State Bar is required; admission to the Washington State Bar is a plus.
Must be available to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
Must have strong academic credentials that reflect a deep understanding of the law.

You have meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of legal work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Our client’s office is conveniently located in downtown Portland.
This position will include legal research and writing, discovery, meetings with clients and opposing counsel, attending depositions, in-court assistance and observation, and working with a dynamic group of attorneys and staff.
