Job Description

  • Support senior litigation partners across a wide range of civil litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with increasing autonomy over time
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy from inception through resolution
  • Participate in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Gain exposure to appeals and complex litigation issues
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Oregon State Bar license
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Interest in civil litigation and professional growth
  • Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
