Job Details

What You'll Do

Handle all phases of complex civil litigation from case inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
Participate in depositions, discovery, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
Manage multiple matters while delivering high-quality legal work.
Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:

Government contracts litigation
Construction litigation
Employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters

Qualifications

Active California Bar license in good standing
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Strong client communication and case management skills
