Salary: $15,000-$20,000/month + bonus opportunity, depending on experience

Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy is seeking talented Commercial Litigation Associates to join our San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle offices.

What We’re Looking For

• \n
• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• \n
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
• \n
• Experience taking and defending depositions and appearing in court
• \n
• Experience managing complex discovery and ESI
• \n
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
• \n
• A creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented approach
• \n
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
• \n
