A respected California law firm is seeking talented Litigation Associates to join its growing Eminent Domain practice across Southern and Northern California.
This is a strong opportunity for attorneys who enjoy complex, high-impact litigation involving real estate, public projects, and property rights — and want to learn from a collaborative team with deep experience in this specialized field.
What You’ll Do
Work on eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters, representing both public and private entities.
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take depositions.
Gain experience in court appearances, negotiations, and client strategy.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on large-scale infrastructure and property cases.
What You’ll Bring
Litigation experience (eminent domain or real estate background a plus, but not required).
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational ability.
Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and serving clients at a high level.
What We Offer
Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 base + annual performance bonuses.
Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely part of the week, supported by an annual telecommute budget.
️ Billable requirement: 1,850 hours.
