Location: In-office
Experience: 2–4 years of litigation experience required

About the Role
Our firm is looking for an experienced attorney to add to our nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment law department. We are known for winning strong results for clients dealing with wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wage claims. Our caseload is growing quickly, and we're looking for an experienced litigator to join our team as we expand. This is a role for an attorney who wants real ownership over their cases — from initial screening through trial — and who's motivated by both the work itself and a compensation structure that rewards strong performance.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Evaluate and screen incoming cases for merit and fit
• Manage your own caseload and deadlines with a high degree of independence
• Build referral relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through networking and reputation — no cold-calling or sales quotas

What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of litigation experience (employment law experience strongly preferred, but not required)
• Active bar admission in [state]
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable managing a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused, with the organizational skills to juggle competing deadlines
• A genuine interest in advocating for employees facing workplace issues

Compensation & Growth

• $100,000 base salary + significant performance-based bonus/commission (Greater than $130,000 expected earnings)
• Significant bonus/commission structure tied to case outcomes and settlements — top performers on our team earn well above base
• Health insurance, 401K, bar dues
• Real path for growth as the firm expands its Employment Law Department

Why Join Us

Join a team that is passionate and dedicated to making our clients whole. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the best attorneys in the field — attorneys with decades of experience at some of the largest firms in the country, having litigated on both sides of employment disputes. Our team has recovered millions of dollars for our clients, and we're looking for someone who wants to keep building on that track record.
