Litigation Associate Hybrid, Greenville, SC
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Greenville office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in general commercial litigation. This is a full-time role that offers a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position, while still providing engaging, high-quality litigation work.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and academic performance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a dynamic litigation team.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- This position operates primarily in an office setting and involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
- Sedentary work with occasional walking and standing is required. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
- Requires close visual acuity for tasks including data analysis, document preparation, and extensive computer usage.
