Matters may include:Contract and commercial disputesIntellectual property disputesOther business and civil litigation mattersAssociates are not siloed. You'll work directly with partners and gain exposure across cases from start to finish.What You'll Be Doing Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefsHandling e‑filings (NJ; NY as applicable)Managing and responding to discoveryAppearing in court and at conferencesAssisting with case strategy and trial preparationThis is not a “research‑only” role.
