Litigation Associate

Rainone Coughlin Minchello, LLC is a public entity law firm seeking to hire a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing office.

The firm has a varied litigation practice representing public entities in Federal and State Courts. Areas of concentration include civil defense litigation, municipal and government law. Candidates should have strong writing skills and be able to work in a collegial environment. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing litigation cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary

Qualified candidates must be admitted to the NJ bar and have experience in civil litigation and/or municipal government. Salary commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package available.
