HumanHire is partnered with an Am Law 200 Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in LA. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters involving complex commercial disputes.
We Offer:
Pay: $285-325K Base Salary plus Bonus
Exciting Bonus Structure: Eligible at 1950 Billable hrs. (1800 min)

Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly
Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Analyze medical, scientific, and technical records related to toxic exposure claims
Collaborate with clients, experts, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice
Qualifications:
2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
Commercial litigation experience required
Active California Admission
Experience with both defense & plaintiff side litigation is a plus
