    Our respected law firm client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing team in Nevada, with the opportunity to work out of Reno or Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking sophisticated casework, professional growth, and a collaborative environment with a flexible hybrid work schedule.The successful candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys representing clients in a broad range of litigation matters in Nevada state and federal courts. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.What You'll DoManage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycleDraft, respond to, and manage written discovery, including eDiscovery processesConduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and memorandaPrepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedingsHandle motion practice and oral advocacy in state and federal courtsCollaborate with attorneys, clients, and support staff to develop litigation strategiesAnalyze case facts, review documents, and assist in case investigationsMaintain compliance with Nevada and Federal Rules of Civil ProcedureProvide responsive client service while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environmentJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolExperience with written discovery and eDiscoveryStrong knowledge of Nevada and Federal Rules of Civil ProcedureExperience with depositions, trial preparation, motion practice, and oral advocacyExceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong academic credentialsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsJudicial clerkship experience preferredBenefits IncludeAnnual discretionary bonus opportunityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsShort-term and long-term disability coverageLife insurance benefitsGenerous paid vacation and sick leaveParking or transportation assistanceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Salary Range: $175,000–$185,000 annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
