The Opportunity We're seeking a driven, high-performing Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role is designed for a litigator who wants to sharpen their skills through hands-on experience, managing cases from intake through potential trial. No billable hours requirements; we measure success by results and contributions, not timesheets.
What You'll Do
Work on employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
Handle a focused caseload alongside other attorneys, allowing you to provide exceptional representation to every client
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in both state and federal courts
Collaborate with a supportive team that values aggressive advocacy and creative legal strategies
Participate in our mentorship program, both learning from senior attorneys and contributing to team development

Ideal Qualifications
Litigation experience (employment law preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
Active California Bar admission
Strong desire to try cases

Self-motivated with strong independent work capabilities
