A highly regarded Am Law 200 firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its nationally recognized Managed Care & Employee Benefit LitigationPractice in Philadelphia, New York City, Hartford, Stamford, Washington, DC, Miami, or Boston.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking sophisticated, high-impact work within a collaborative and nationally respected practice known for handling cutting-edge issues in the managed care, ERISA, insurance, and employee benefits space.

The group represents major employers, leading health, life, and disability insurers, and other clients involved in the administration and operation of employee benefit plans in complex litigation matters across the country. Salary Information
For New York, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC applicants, the target base salary range for this position is approximately $202,500 to $217,500, depending on experience, qualifications, and office location.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least four years of complex litigation experience
  • Experience with ERISA benefits litigation, medical provider disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and/or other sophisticated litigation matters
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Law firm litigation experience
  • The ability to independently manage multiple matters and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Admission in the state of their primary office location
