Litigation Associate – Mid-Level | Dallas

Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Texas-licensed, mid-level litigation associate to join its Global Commercial Disputes group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and will be comfortable serving as the point person on matters, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as the primary client contact. Deposition and courtroom experience is required. This is a strong opportunity to work collaboratively with a firmwide litigation team on sophisticated commercial disputes.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3 to 5 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration
• Deposition and courtroom experience required
• Ability to serve as point person on litigation matters, including client contact and coordination with other associates/staff
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
• Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar required
