Seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a reputable Minneapolis law firm's growing Litigation Practice.
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite).
Responsibilities include researching, drafting briefs, handling complex motions (dismissals, summary judgments, class actions, appeals), and supporting both state and federal court cases across various industries.
Qualifications include strong research, writing, and analytical skills, experience in complex litigation, excellent academic credentials, and Minnesota Bar admission or eligibility. Judicial clerkship is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $215,000 to $285,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits such as bonuses, healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.
