Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze complex legal issues
Draft briefs and motions involving:
Motions to dismiss
Summary judgment
Class certification
Writs and appeals
Handle sophisticated state and federal litigation matters
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Work closely with clients and experienced litigators
Qualifications
3–5 years of complex litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with complex motion practice required
Trial, deposition, and hearing experience preferred
