This role offers hands-on experience in high-stakes commercial litigation, involving complex legal analysis, drafting briefs and motions, conducting depositions, and trial preparation. The associate will manage discovery, collaborate with clients and cross-office teams, and assist with case strategy.
Qualifications include 4–7 years of commercial litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and Arizona admission. Preferred candidates have deposition/trial experience, judicial clerkships, or Law Review background.
