Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to handle Insurance Coverage, Motor Vehicle Liability, and Premises Liability matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client objectives and maintain high-quality legal standards.
Qualifications:
  • Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required; NH and/or RI bar is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong academic background and legal writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
