Litigation Associate

Our client, a San Francisco boutique, plaintiff civil litigation and antitrust law firm is seeking a mid-senior level litigation associate to join their rapidly growing practice. It's an exciting time at this firm as they are thriving in the generative AI space with cases involving chatGPT and Meta language model and AI image copyright litigation. The firm is busy with interesting casework and there is opportunity for career progression and a partnership track.

The best fit is someone with experience running the full litigation lifecycle (investigation, pleadings, discovery, deposition, trial)

Day to day:

• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court
• Handle mediation
• Examine witnesses at trial
• Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

• Licensed with California State Bar
• Experience and the drive to run your own docket of cases
• Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience preferred

Base salary range $200,000 – $240,000K (DOE), + generous bonuses

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office (Tuesday - Thursday), M,F WFH.
