Litigation Attorney - 1837426

Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of 1 years of litigation experience to join our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice to in their Long Island office.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.

• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.

• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.

• Drafting reports and provide file analysis

• Court and arbitration appearances

Hybrid Hours:

Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
