LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA
PAY RANGE: $115K - $180K
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in management of a diverse caseload of individual employment matters from inception through resolution.
- Produce high-quality work product, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support case strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement effective case strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
