Litigation Attorney 3-5 years experience

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorneys with 3-5 years experience for our Long Beach and San Francisco offices . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Experience in securities litigation and employment law a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial/arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Manage discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 3-5 years litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing multiple cases and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
