Job Description:
Our client, one the nation’s elite commercial litigation boutiques, is seeking an experienced, Florida licensed, Litigation Attorney on a fully remote basis. This is a full time role paying an annual base salary of $300K to $400K plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional responsive and client driven services. Someone who has a strong drive and outstanding judgement.
Basic requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is required. Law firm or professional services experience required.
Proven ability to handle sophisticated legal matters with minimal supervision.
Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Licensed to practice in FL. NY, TX, and other additional jurisdictions a plus.
Demonstrate success handling complex, high value disputes.
Collaborative and team focused.
Responsibilities:
Serve as lead or senior counsel on complex commercial litigation, investigations, appeals, and other significant disputes.
Deliver strategic, business focused legal counsel to clients and high-stake matters.
Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, consultants, and communications professionals to advance client objectives.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Identify emerging legal risks, opportunities, and litigation trends relevant to clients and the firm.
Manage case strategy, consultants, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
