SALARY: $110,000–$150,000 per year DOE

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site/Hybrid

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage assigned litigation matters, including fact investigation, case evaluation, and strategy development. 
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, legal memoranda, and discovery. 
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, timelines, deposition materials, and witness outlines. 
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, conferences, settlement discussions, and other court proceedings. 
• Work with experts, opposing counsel, clients, and internal legal teams throughout the litigation process. 
• Assist with trial preparation and develop comprehensive case strategies. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• California Bar admission in good standing is required. 
• 1–5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation. 
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, torts, evidence, legal research and writing. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw or Lexis, and PDF/document management tools.
