Litigation Attorney | Arizona | Third Party Insurance Defense

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases
• Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
• Maintain an average of 165+ billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management

Experience & Requirements

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Arizona
• Dual licensure in Arizona and Texas a plus
